1+6 = 3 x 1 + 4

Rice makes a delicious breakfast.
|
with milk?
|
Eyes intrigue me.
|
no milk, but a touch of butter.
|
A fragile sensitivity is necessary for empathy.
Yes......the years of rice and salt, I remember them. |
Rice with a tad of butter AND a big drizzle of olive oil...my real good batch of olive oil. I like rice with/on/under almost anything...I'm ricey. Milk I only do for rice pudding dessert...with ground cinnamon, maybe a few raisins; last time I macerated some mint leaves into my rice pudding...green and good. I think I'll mix up and cook/fry some dirty rice for dinner tonight.

Dirty rice is nice;
ambitious sex is better: Let's get edible. 16326 |
Minty rice pudding sounds delightful.
Maybe I should start an indoor winter herb garden. -----Added 11/1/2009 at 07 : 04 : 54----- chocolate chocolate powerbar after a run - like a brownie yumminess. |

whats margarine anyway
|
Margarine is a plastic goop invented by the huge multi-national oil companies back in the day they were looking for more ways to sell their chemicals; it is sometimes used to provide false satisfaction to an unknowing human who might consume it in place of butter (sorry for those who choose not to, or can't partake of butter).
|
yes. and that is why butter is better.
|
Do you recall it's name

Happy Oil Change! ...if that's possible...I think it is for me.
I am also happy to report that Long Island NY is the longest island in the United States. The Longest Islands in the United States - Peakbagger.com Also, at Wiki I found Long Island - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia "...The longest island in the contiguous United States, Long Island extends 118 miles (190 km) from New York Harbor, and varies in width from 12 to 23 miles (19 to 37 km) between the northern (Long Island Sound) coast and the southern Atlantic coast..." |

I want to be more free. If dogs run free then why not we?
If Dogs Run Free by BOB DYLAN If dogs run free then why not we Across the swooping plain? My ears hear a symphony Of two mules, trains and rain. The best is always yet to come, That’s what they explain to me. Just do you thing, you’ll be king, If dogs run free If dogs run free, why not me Across the swamp of time? My mind weaves a symphony And tapestry of rhyme. Oh, winds which rush my tale to thee So it may flow and be, To each his own, it’s all unknown, If dogs run free If dogs run free, than what must be, Must be, and that is all. True love can make a blade of grass Stand up straight and tall. In harmony with the cosmic sea, True love needs no company, It can cure the soul, it can make it whole, If dogs run free. |

What can you do and where are you? I got a call a couple days ago for a V.P. of Engineering position in the Houston TX area with a $200 million dollar+ company...I actually used to work for them way back so I wouldn't even consider it, not to mention "Houston" But the pay would be large six figures. Longest factoid, at least as of October '05: Who has the longest nose in the world? At the annual longest nose competition in Turkey things are not done in a normal fashion. Noses are measured in anchovy bones, but we do not know how many anchovy bones make up 8.8 cm. or 3 1/2 inches. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...0Misc/nose.jpg Mehmet Ozyurek of Turkey nosed out the competition with his 3 1/2 snout to be the proud owner of the world's longest nose. Update: On October 13 2005 Mehmet Ozyurek has been confirmed as having the world's longest nose. Congratulations on the winning snout. |

Oil change man said I have bad oil leak from engine somewhere.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Expletive expletive expletive. |
Another longest nose that is even longer....I don't know what evidence there is to support this, but I found info about Thomas Wedders who was alive in the 18th century and his nose was supposedly longer that the Turk's above. Can you imagine nasal sex?...this is supposedly what he looked like:
http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...thomasnose.jpg Believe it or not, but the longest nose in world was 19 cm (7.48 inches). Thomas Wedders (18th century) was the proud owner of this huge nose. The nose earned him a place in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not museum in Piccadilly Circus. -----Added 13/1/2009 at 04 : 59 : 15----- Quote:
That could be something quite simple, or something major. Good luck, hope it's simple. Any further descriptions or pics showing location of leak or leak residue? Do you know how fast it's leaking?...fill it up and check it every day kinda thing. |
I wish I knew more about engines.
He said it was hard to tell, could be a gasket thingie, or a major block crack....doom doom doom. I can't get someone to even look at it till early next week, and I was going to go someplace very special this weekend. I need a tissue. |

X-Ray ...x-ray's come from cataclysmic events in space
http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...-web_print.jpg The unique planetary nebula NGC 2818 is nested inside the open star cluster NGC 2818A. Both the cluster and the nebula reside over 10,000 light-years away, in the southern constellation Pyxis (the Compass). NGC 2818 is one of very few planetary nebulae in our galaxy located within an open cluster. Open clusters, in general, are loosely bound and they disperse over hundreds of millions of years. Stars that form planetary nebulae typically live for billions of years. Hence, it is rare that an open cluster survives long enough for one of its members to form a planetary nebula. This open cluster is particularly ancient, estimated to be nearly one billion years old. The spectacular structure of NGC 2818 (also known as PLN 261+8.1) contains the outer layers of a sun-like star that were sent off into interstellar space during the star's final stages of life. These glowing gaseous shrouds were shed by the star after it ran out of fuel to sustain the nuclear reactions in its core. Planetary nebulae can have extremely varied structures. NGC 2818 has a complex shape that is difficult to interpret. However, because of its location within the cluster, astronomers have access to information about the nebula, such as its age and distance, that might not otherwise be known. Planetary nebulae fade away gradually over tens of thousands of years. The hot, remnant stellar core of NGC 2818 will eventually cool off for billions of years as a white dwarf. Our own sun will undergo a similar process, but not for another 5 billion years or so. This Hubble image was taken in November 2008 with the Wide Field Planetary Camera 2. The colors in the image represent a range of emissions coming from the clouds of the nebula: red represents nitrogen, green represents hydrogen, and blue represents oxygen. |

who wants to do numbers now?
once upon a time, we were the shortest thread on this forum, but now, we're the 2nd longest one. |
I 2nd that emotion
As this thread lives on and grows, if all the participants make an extra effort to post at least two posts instead of just one, this thread will soon be true Longest Thread. |
Three posts would be even better.

I should pick out at least 4 outfits from the thrift store,
that a gold digging/ sex addict / female in her early twenties would wear. This is too weird, my mom's Jehova Witness-next door neighbor, is sitting across from me here at the library, looking up at me every so often, and murmuring to herself as she's typing. I think I will have to come back later. The Method works for me. |
I should have lunch at 5 Guys Burgers ...they make an excellent hamburger, and the french fries are some of the best! ....and you get a lot more than 5 fries per order!
