So what about this 2012 thing? I think that it may be the real end of the world when 100% of people have to owe taxes and not get a refund due to so many stimulus packages being launched and eventually failing wherein then everyone will attack random people in mobs like zombies because "so and so said that so and so got a tax refund" and no one else did

Actually, one way, and I don't actually recommend this, to radically increase global wealth is to give every third person (man, woman, or child) one gun and 2 bullets and tell them they have a license to shoot 2 other people. That would reduce by 2/3 the number of individuals competing for resources (and probably eliminate every government in the world.)

A few years ago I was at Lulu's in Kitchener and they claimed it had the longest bar in the world, I even have some shot glasses from there with that printed on it; not to mention that the second bar in Lulu's is also huge so together they are a daunting superlative:
