The infamous 12 9 02. Must've been a very good day.

You are my sunshine,
my only sunshine, you make me happy, when skies are gray, hum hum hum. |
|
...You'll never know, dear, how much I love you; please don't take my sunshine away...

^^^ ha ha, you forgot the umlaut ...LÄRABAR ....I'm posting out of my ass again since I didn't know what that is, though having just looked at the website it sounds wholesome. Will try. |
8 days a week.....
|
Gracias, I feel better already.
|
^^...is not enough to show I care.
|
how do you get the umlauts to post?...interesting word..umlauts.
umlauts umlauts umlauts umlauts.. |
LÄRABAR
Feel better? I stole it from your post 'cause I don't know how to umlaut either. |
I cheated and just "cut & pasted"; but there are legit ways, so I'll just cut & paste what I found:
Umlaut accent marks are two small dots over a letter, and in the case of the lower case i those dots replace the single dot. Umlaut accent marks are found in words like naïve. Here's How: The umlaut accent marks are found on the upper and lower case vowels Ä ä Ë ë Ï ï Ö ö Ü ü Ÿ ÿ On a Mac, hold down Opt while typing the letter to create characters with umlaut accent marks. Under Windows hold down ALT while typing the appropriate number code on your numeric keypad to create characters with umlaut accent marks. For Windows, the number codes for the upper case letters are: Ä 0196 Ë 0203 Ï 0207 Ö 0214 Ü 0220 Ÿ 0159 For Windows, the number codes for the lower case letters are: ä 0228 ë 0235 ï 0239 ö 0246 ü 0252 ÿ 0255 In HTML, to create umlaut accent marks type the & (ampersand symbol) then the letter (A, e, etc.), then the letters uml, then ; (semicolon) such as: & euml; (no space) for ë & Uuml; (no space) for Ü Tips: In HTML the characters with umlaut accent marks may appear smaller than surrounding text. You might want to enlarge the font for just those characters under some circumstances. Under Windows, don't use the numbers at the top of keyboard. Use the numeric keypad and be sure Num Lock is turned ON. Some programs may have special keystrokes for creating diacriticals, such as umlaut accent marks. See the application manual or help files if these keystrokes don't work for umlaut accent marks. PS: umlaut'ing with two babes is hot, I never did that before |
That is a naughty word...go post it.
|
ring, I know  but I want to keep it secret just between us three ...or twenty five ...or six two four
|
Didn't Carly Simon sing a song 'bout no secrets?
|
I like things slow and succulent, like using no ampersands, like pretending I might have an idea, like drooling.
Has anybody thought about retarded polygamists lately? Don't worry the middle three letters in "believe". |
^^ It's no secret that I met her in Martha's Vineyard ...sorry for being so vain I thought this post was about me.
|
I love you peoples.....I'm an Emo/hippie hybrid.

|
John Lennon...I just posted the song over on the music thread..
TFP..holla-wolla..some good tunes there..check it out if you have time. |
I fear my musical taste is too abstract.
Kidding, but I just can't decide on a good song to post. |
Let us embrace our varied tastes in music...many spices, are needed
for flavoring the stew.... Jump in ...the water is fine. |
I jumped.

Foregoing.......ah hell...it'll come to me...
so close...trying to find... among the stacks...it's there....... grr... |
I want to go to a really big library like the Library of Congress.
Stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and stacks and |
ladders...rolling ladders...
and assistants. |
Books are amazing. They feel good, they smell good. I used to eat them as a child but they were not too tasty.
|
Viva la hard copy! hmmmm...if they could bottle the scent of a book...
|
another one toward our goal: Go Flyers!!!
I'd love to be a librarian to add to my interest in working with flowers. Thus, a flower shop/library combination with some nice homemade munchies for the patrons seems like a good idea. I like ladders, too. But since I'm not really a good business person, I'll probably just end up with leaving books laying around in my greenhouse. |
You can't do both. You sell the flowers, I sell the books in the adjoining store. Ring can sell the liquor.
|
We need some philanthropists' phone numbers...
you'd trust ME? with the key to that cabinet?... heh... |
We can start a new thread. Seeking Investors.
|
you might eat the books, ring might drink the drinks, I'll smoke the flowers ...so then what? But I'm game. I'll look up philanthropists in the yellow pages and get back to us.
|
One order of pot-stickers and crab-rangoons, please.
Yellow pages always remind me of food delivery. |
Stuck
My ring is afixed and will not release.
Apparently, purple is fat. |
Save some flowers for me to smoke...
SUP JET. |
Ahoy, my funky-fresh friend.
How goes life in the panhandle? |
It's good, I can't really complain.
How you be? |
Heya Jet! Nice to see you around again :D
|
Delayed Duelist. :|
|
Comfortable.....become.
|
Cloudy is my head.
|
Not a cloud in sight here.
|
The same can be said for here also. Though not for my head. Been feeling "blah" all day.
|
hey, I heard that tune before it vanished...
I haven't been able to figure the embedding code yet... I'm a tad dim on these things... Joy in your return....Jet. |
I want some yellow rice and chicken...
and some collard(collah)greens....and cornbread. |
Now I am thinking about Popeyes once again...
the black beans and rice..and a couple of biscuits... |
Omg Popeyes!
Their chicken Po'Boys with honey are delicious. |
It's almost worth doin a D to Milwaukee..
but yikes...gas just hit 3.53 a gallon, today. |
It's between $3.39-3.45 here. It's getting crazy.
|
My mom and I share one car...it helps some...
I eat a lot of beans and rice I won't complain too loudly. I haven't gone to bed truly hungry as others have. A warm dry place to sleep a belly not rumbling good companions music firelight slumber dreams dawn awake. |
The birds sing for sex:
"We are not unlike reptiles, unrecognizing." |
I sing the body electric.
|
N'Awlins style rice and beans with tilapia was dinner tonight. Yum :) 26 to go?
|
You cut me any slack,

i fucking hate the futon place. was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago! stop making excuses and just finish it! fuck.
|
Hmm, a question?
What are you eating for breakfast tomorrow morning? |
:paranoid: Tofu.
I love it.:cringe: don't hurt me. |
strawberries dipped in Nutella and possibly a bowl of honey & nut cherios.
|
Favorite condiment will be tomorrow's question then...
(MOAB sure loves his Nutella, for sure  ) Certainly peanut butter counts as a condiment, right? |
19 posts...
I will sleep now, dreaming of all the myriad condiments that complement. Peace and joy. |
Hi Jet. I hope your thrusters are fired up and ready to go ...or actually stay.
For my bedtime snack I just melted some brie over leftover croutons ...but these were some excellent croutons, homemade from a local Italian specialties store. I agree, Nutella is good on almost anything. I couldn't resist last time I was at Costco I took this photo: http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...s3/nutella.jpg No breakfast tomorrow for me since I'm having a big lunch with the guys ...at Tony's again; we'll be sitting outside since it will be about 84F tomorrow and sunny, no clouds around here, either. Further good local news: they are almost done building a new Popeye's about 5 min from my house. It looks like it will open any day, saving me a 20 min. drive to get some. Sad world news about rice since you mentioned it above: Australia's rice production this year is about 90% below previous yields, due to severe drought. As a "positive" twist to this world hunger impacting tragedy, they are substituting wine vineyards since they need less water, so at least we'll be drunk and happy when we all starve. This note I read in the NY Times today. |
"Tony's", my friend?
|
yes, a very nice local pub I previously mentioned here.
http://www.tonysplaceivyland.com/ It's in Ivyland, PA about 5 min. from my work. You are most welcomed to join us, the rest of you, also. Wouldn't that be fun! I insist on buying, please let me have the honor. |
I had rice, and beef, and a fried egg, and a fried banana yestoday.
Also, I nibbled on some carrots, several bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch(finished the entire box), and a spicy burrito I had to eat before it might have gone bad this weekend. Oh, and I scrounged up two starbursts fruit chews(orange and strawberry), along with a Lifesavers cremesaver. I had thought to make myself some chocolate milk, but I didn't want to seem gluttonous. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2043/...254c501e_m.jpg http://farm1.static.flickr.com/225/5...70c28d46_m.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2145/...04bce9d7_m.jpg His name's Wendell. |
is it wierd that the word association post has more replies than this one? i mean if this is supposed to be the longest thread ever shouldnt we boycott that one for a bit? are we really serious as a whole in trying to make this the longest thread ever? pay no attention to me im off my meds
|
It's a conspiracy, I say ...
