you might be in the wrong thread, deary. Tophat posted this white shoe in the Witness Protection Thread so maybe they know about such matters http://www.tedsclothiers.com/product...WING%20TIP.jpg |
hehe that's a fun white shoe.
Too bad I'm looking for something to go nicely with this dress: http://www.bestbridalprices.com/imag...ns/tn_638F.jpg |
My palm, still has the wonderful aroma of cigar on it.
good luck with the shoes girl...I am happy for you. |

We might have to explore your taste in shoes. I'm thinking with that beautiful dress you can't see the shoes anyway ;) How about these from Gucci? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...9740-oro-p.jpg perhaps something a tad more subtle and traditional http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...d73072bi-p.jpg Or maybe Dior is more your taste? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...d73250go-p.jpg Need feedback for further direction. |
EEk!
those look expensive! it also looks as if you would only wear them once or twice. i still say go with chucks  oh, and i like the shoes in the middle, "the traditional" they look as if they would fit nicely. maybe you could do away with that strappy thing on top. |
I'm more of a dior girl...
|
Nick has nasty taste in shoes.
How about a plain white silk pump? Or is that out there these days? |
what about plain white flats? or are those a no-no with a dress.
|
|
ring, exactly.
|

Let's dance.

OK, those might be a tad too gaudy for some tastes ...but I was just exploring the acceptable range. I agree you can't go wrong with a nice plain white silk pump. If I was a bride, that's probably what I'd wear ...and I do have pictures of me as a bride but no need to go there at this time. |
I do like ring's shoes. Those would be very cute in patent leather.
|
^ true, those are very cute pixie shoes.
Hey, anybody notice how the white moose led into the white shoes and white wedding dress? I'm telling you, the interconnectivity of the Universe is mind boggling. |
|
I think that the elves in Santa's workshop should all show up to my wedding wearing those shoes.

"they" said I had a problem: I've never believed. The passage of time has shown that they might be right: "I"'m okay with that. 12728 p.s. That shoe business blew my skirt up. |
When one of those days has one of those days it's just happy it didn't have a day like today.

What is the world's longest yo-yo spin? The record for the world's longest yo-yo spin, or better known as the sleeper, has two categories; fixed axle and transaxle. A fixed axle yo-yo has no moving part, the axle is attached to the sides and spins through a loop in the string. The world's longest fixed axle sleeper was set by Tim Redmond at the Massachusetts State Championships in Amherst, Massachusetts on March 26 2006 at 2 minutes 53.61 seconds. A transaxle yo-yo has an outer sleeve over the axle, sometimes filled with ball bearings, which spins independently from the yo-yo. The world's longest transaxle sleeper was also set by Tim Redmond at the Pennsylvania State Yo-Yo Championships on May 28 2005 at 16 minutes 17.18 seconds. |

Seems fine to me :)

no problems, flowers are fine
What is the world's longest rosebush? In 1885 someone from Scotland brought a root of a white Lady Banksia to Tombstone, Arizona, planted it and it has been growing since. Currently it is the world's longest rosebush, the trunk is a rosy 12 feet in circumference and the rosebush covers over 8,000 square feet. Each spring the rosebush blooms with over a million tiny white blossoms. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...2/rosebush.jpg |

Roses are red....
|
Aha!...just as I thought.
The problem lies within my PC, this one at the library works just fine. Greetings! |
Well howdy stranger. Bad PC :p

Perhaps you have your security setting such that it is blocking this thread for some reason. I noticed that the "Dennis Weaver" thread was kicking off my desktop protection software and blocking one of the photos posted in that thread, though it was a totally innocuous photo; I figure the site from where that photo is linked might be "suspect" or some such nonsense. But caution, don't let your guard down on my oversimplified comment and risk a real problem. I'm just mentioning it so you can think about it, inquire with more knowledgeable folks, and hey, it's another post in The Longest Thread making it even longer  |

TGIF! I have something to look forward to for lunchtime, a bunch of people from work are going to a local pub that we haven't tried yet, to celebrate a birthday.

Posting posting posting....
that sounds rather... I wonder if the glitchy post ghosties are gone? |
The ghosts are now convening elsewhere.

thanks, Eso. I'm appreciating your musical feeds for entertainment and knowledge.
I've always loved Sade's stuff. The Gypsy Kings are making me jump and dance, too, but then it's making me put on some Hungarian-type gypsy music which better suits my psyche. As an aside, though not the longest aside, my boy came running into the house a couple minutes ago saying there was a Big Bird up in one of our trees. So we checked it out and strangely enough, it's a wild turkey. Since we live in a residential suburb 10min from downtown Philadelphia, this is a very rare site, no turkeys seen about these parts in the last 30+ years. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g2...2/CIMG0334.jpg |
