Yummy Pizza rolls!!!

Giant Hamburger 07-30-2009 12:20 PM

I just had a grilled panini with prosciutto, arugula and fontina cheese topped with sunnyside up eggs & truffle oil.

I think I might change my user name to Giant Panino!

snowy 07-30-2009 12:23 PM

I am nibbling on some of the pasta salad I made earlier. Suddenly Salad Classic with broccoli, black olives, tiny cubes of cojack cheese, and halved orange cherry tomatoes--it's one of my summer favorites.

Baraka_Guru 07-30-2009 04:09 PM

Turkey on 12-grain, with chevre, mango chutney, and dijon mustard. (I'm too lazy/tired for a vegetable)--washed down with a cold Tankhouse Ale.

wooÐs 07-30-2009 05:15 PM

Other than watching TV, I simply cannot and will not eat while doing something. Even if it's just putzing around online. When I eat, I focus all my attention on that food. Don't try to start up casual conversation while we're at the table either. I will ignore you lol.

I'll remember not to invite you or at least not expect you to participate in the conversation and discussions while at the dinner party.

wooÐs 07-30-2009 05:21 PM

I'll still come though. There will be food, right?

An apple and a can of V-8.

shalafi 08-01-2009 06:30 PM

bbq chicken and corn on the cob and sailor jerrys and coke. did yall know you can make bbq chicken with general tso sauce? i wouldnt know either if i had realized we only had enough bbq sauce for about 2 pieces of chicken. i was skeptical at first but the general tsos worked out pretty good.

\

and the sailro jerrys is working out rather nicely as well

Meditrina 08-01-2009 06:37 PM

small bags of crunchy cheetos. it is the only thing in the house that is satisfying me. The good food gets delivered in the morning. :)

snowy 08-03-2009 12:15 PM

Kettle Black Bean tortilla chips. Fiber-licious.

allaboutmusic 08-03-2009 02:44 PM

I browned some minced beef with onions, courgettes (zucchini), and a can of baked beans, then cooked in some fusilli. Seasoned to taste. Delicious.

noodle 08-03-2009 03:18 PM

Ethnic Gourmet's Palak Paneer.
Frozen Indian food is kinda scary.
But I was intrigued.
Won't make the mistake again.

edit: it was actually pretty dang good.
Imagine my surprise. :)

JumpinJesus 08-03-2009 03:47 PM

As the world's biggest dumpling fan, those look absolutely incredible.

My foot. I just did an O-face when somebody mentioned the Shoutbox despite the fact that the OP was from before I joined TFP.

Mmm, toes.

update on the palak paneer... yeah. avoid that one.

snowy 08-03-2009 05:55 PM

A chopped salad I made out of what was hanging around from the farmer's market: heirloom tomatoes (Cherokee Purple and Green Zebras), cucumbers, multicolored carrots, fresh mozzarella, and basil, dressed with a little Toscano olive oil and sea salt.
