What makes each of the original copies sold of the White Album unique?
|
the white vinyl each was pressed on?
i think. brain is foggy. |
No. I'm talking about something that made each and every one of the albums sold different from each other. Something on the front cover.
|
I think it was the placement of "The Beatles" on the cover itself. It was never in the same place twice.
|
I don't think that's it. As far as I knew, the band name was in the same place on all copies, but something else was different on every cover.
|
Then I'm outta guesses.
Off to go look it up, cuz I can't stand the waiting :p |
This may turn out to be a relatively lame answer, but I couldn't think of one, so stole one from a trivia site.
One hint: My copy of the White Album on CD has this too, making it unique from all the other first CD issues of it. |
Total guess... a bar code/number?
|
Close enough. It's a unique serial number that's on each of them (along with the words "The Beatles" that was on each). Kinda lame question, I know. Your go sherpahigh
Edit: here's an example of it http://www.cjnetworks.com/~leis/albu...s/whitealb.jpg |
heh.. who knew...
Well, I'm currently listening to the cd so how about...What eatery is featured on the back of the Doors album "Morrison Hotel"? |
Man.... I've played that album thousands of times and do you think I could tell you? My favorite Doors song is on that one- Peace Frog!
|
definitly one of the best tunes on there. Love that song.
|
I think Hard Rock Cafe.. not sure.. havent seen it in ages..
|
Well, it's almost 24 hours since sherpahigh posted the question... we have one answer on the board. If sherpahigh doesn't respond by 4:00 EST, I think redarrow should get it. Hard Rock Cafe sounds like a great guess to me, not to mention the only guess!

|
Heh.. cool.
Q: In what year did the heavy metal band Iron Maiden form? |
1978?
|
I'm thinking earlier than that. 1976?

next question: Califone and what other band collaborated to do a cover of Slayer's South of Heaven? (HINT: It's a band similar to Califone, meaning indie rock.) |

Didn't know if anyone would get the reference. Glad to have made your day
|
KWSN, your question is officially a stumper.
Next please... |
Its been 24 hours and not even a guess.... the answer is Modest Mouse.
Modest Mouse doing a cover of South of Heaven is a pretty interesting thing to behold. Anyway, whoever wants next go ahead, i've got nothing. |
Before Pink Floyd's "Animals" album become a themed album, the songs "Dogs" and "Sheep" went by different titles. What were the original titles of these two songs?
