No. It isn't in Quebec or Ontario.

That is the Bessborough Hotel, in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

The camera is standing on the Vimy Memorial Bandshell, facing north.

It is the most picturesque building in Saskatoon, and next to the Provincial Legislature, the entire province.



And, BTW, although not originally a CP hotel, it fell under the same chain for years due to its historical nature. It is now part of the Delta chain of hotels.

It looks like that one (cpr? CN?) rail bridge in Saskatoon... I can't see the neat metal staircase you climb up to go across the walkway though.
