The Kingston boys are struggling, but I've been there...so...Half Moon Bay, near Gananogue, where you can go to church without leaving your boat.

I'm not a western guy, but my geological education tells me that these are hoodoos, and my computer skills triangulates these particular hoodoos to be approx 6 km east of Drumheller Alberta. Am I close? For a kingston boy? am I?

So close you're on fire! The Badlands are the lesser known treasure of Alberta's geography. The Rockies are awesome, but the terrain around Drumheller is the closest we northerner's have to a dessert...complete with scorpions, rattlesnakes and hoodoos.
