The second clue was a painting by Alex Sztasko, Czech immigrant who lived near Wilno. The original of this painting is hanging in the Wilno Tavern (a great place for beer, live music and good perogies).

I didn't know the actual name of the church... but I know it well. I've often wanted to go in for their famous chicken suppers....
