I dunno, Trips is still one hell of a wrestler..when he actually wrestles. I agree that he talks waaayyy too much.
Randy Orton could be good too, if they kick him out of Evolution and let him do his own thing. Mick Foley can make or break careers, so we'll see what happens there with him and Randy. Hopefully WWE keeps their heads out of their arses and they do the right thing and mix it up a little and let some other people, (the future of the business) hold titles and establish themselves, it's the only way...

I don't mind Randy being in Evolution...actually, I kinda like it, I just wish he'd still somehow incorporate the RNN segments. I think that it would be easily used one time before WrestleMania to boost his feud with Foley.
Side-note: Watching No Way Out, and I'm gonna try to keep you guys updated on it in this post (I will edit this through-out the show): -The show started with a completely pointless Torrie/Sable segment of greeting San Fran. -A good video of Brock/Eddie was shown (WWE does awesome videos). -The Bashem Brothers/Shaniqua VS Scottie 2 Hottie and Rikishi match ended with Rikishi doing his butt-drop on Shaniqua for the win. -After a video of Noble/Nidia, their match came on. After some silly and funny antics by Nidia, Noble listed his mask while the ref wasn't looking and threw her off the top rope. He won with the Dragon Sleeper. -An interview with Kurt Angle is on, where Cena interrupts him. He slaps him in the face, then a quick brawl erupts before it gets broken up. -APA VS Word's Greatest Tag Team came on. A fair match, with Shelton pinning Bradshaw with a superkick. -Goldberg is shown walking to his seat, then a Brock/Goldberg video came on. Now Paul Heyman walks to the ring and addresses Goldberg. Paul Heyman screams about how he better only watch the show, then Brock Lesnar walks down the ramp. Brock and Paul argue since Brock wants Goldberg now. After calling Goldberg a bitch, he gets up from his seat and steps in the ring. They takes off their shirts and scuffle for a lil' bit, then Goldberg delievers the Jackhammer! Security then comes and arrests Goldberg. It looked like the segment was over, but then Hardcore Holly comes out and chases Brock out of the ring. -Hardcore Holly VS Rhyno then started on the ramp. Holly rolled out of the ring after a Gore and barely made it back in the ring on time. Hardcore delivered the Alabama Slamma and won. -a Chavo/Rey video comes on, then an unexpected bell rings as an Undertaker video shows. -Chavo VS Rey was a good match, which featured a vicious-looking top-rope gut-buster from Chavo onto Rey and some amazing acrobat-like flying from Rey. Chavo reversed that one move Rey likes to do after the 619 (he did the 619 twice) into a single-leg crab. Chavo Senior pushed Rey off the top-rope to like Chavo Junior pin him for the win. -The Chavo's celebrate backstage, then Jr. gives an interview and repeatedly calls Eddie Guerrero a loser while pointing to his lockerroom door. -The Angle/Big Show/Cena match was pretty good, with Kurt winning with the Angle Lock on Cena. -A Brock/Eddie video comes on again, then the Main Event of Brock/Eddie starts. It goes for over around 30 minutes, then Brock knocks out the ref while doing the F5 on Eddie. Brock goes to grab his title and is ready to smash it into Eddie's face, but Goldberg comes out and spears Brock! Eddie pins him, but Brock kicks out. Now Eddie swings the belt at Brock, but he ducks and goes for the f5 on Eddie...but Eddie reverses it into a DDT onto the belt! Eddie goes for the Frog Splash and wins the WWE Championship.

My friend and I were discussing during the Guerrero/Lesnar match, how Lesnar pretty much had to lose the title since he wouldn't be able to face Goldberg and Angle at Wrestlemania unless it was a triple threat, and it's looking like we've got one of those on the Raw side of the card. We still didn't think Eddie would actually win though, that made too much sense, the two of 'em put on a great match too, as did Chavo and Rey. The #1 contenders match could have been better, and the rest of the card was pretty much crap.
But having Eddie as champ more than makes up for it. |

Eddie VS Angle should be a great match, and it's gonna be at WrestleMania baby! Then Lesnar VS Goldberg is a match I've been waiting forever for. HHH VS Benoit (and HBK, probably) is a match I look forward to, though I don't know how much luck Benoit will have. Orton VS Foley has really got me excited. Those four matches alone is worth WrestleMania to me, then we also have Undertaker VS Kane and more. The only match I wish would happen (but won't) is Austin VS Hogan...that would truely be a monumental match that would advertise itself for WrestleMania.

It's too bad Benoit jumped ship to RAW because an Eddie/Benoit match for the title at WMXX would be pretty cool.
They work really well together and they are pretty evenly matched size wise, if it was booked right, it could save the WWE./

Hell yeah, I can't believe Eddie won the title. Looks like the rematch from the "Smackdown" royal rumble is on. Even if Eddie only holds the belt till WMXX I'm glad it got it.

Did anyone else think Christian was putting the moves on Trish on Monday? Is this going to lead into a Christian vs Jericho match for Trish's affection? Only time will tell...

I believe I already saw that Jericho vs Christian is on the WM card.
On a side note here: What's with the clothes Christian has been wearing during the last year or so? Does anyone else think they look like women's clothes?

Thereby putting into motion the chronicles of straight guys (ones who think they are OH SO SEXY) trying to be gay (who thing they are OH SO SEXY).

I agree, Angle makes a great heel. The guy I hate is sean michaels, I never could stand that useless piece of pious doo doo. I am fine with Trips retaining the title at mania, as long as he looses it to Benoit in Edmonton.

Shawn Michaels should have given up a while ago, I've never liked him since he was in the Rockers with Marty Jannety, and I still don't like him now.
Hopefully there won't be a triple threat match... If he wins at WM...Ughh... Anyone in my opinion would be a better champ than Michaels.. Even the Big Show!!

Mr. America (aka Hogan) took off his mask on his last night with the WWE. Hogan waved to a few people, and left the building. His contract was ended, and he is doing other stuff now.

Did anyone notice the graphic for Chavo Sr. before the main event last smackdown? He was in the referee shirt, and counted on his fingers: 1, 2, 3...4, in the whole dramatic serious face. I keeled over with soda spraying out my nose! Great stuff.

Anyone can pass a polygraph with proper training, besides it's wrestling after all I don't even care about the World Title at XX anymore. HHH is gonna keep his title. Micheals already made Benoit look like a mid-carder again despit his Royal Rumble win. I see a match with a three people: 1) A mid-carder 2) A banged up former star 3) The guy banging the boss's daughter. Any guess on who wins that? Though I am curious as how this whole Foley/Orton fued ends. And I still want to see the return of the Deadman. I bet he gets the biggest pop the WWE has seen all year.

Undertaker will undoubtedly get an outrageous pop at WM20...heck, I'm gonna cheer for him at home just 'cuz I ain't seen him in so long. I'm most psyched for the Brock/Goldberg and Foley/Orton feuds though.
Talking 'bout the Floey/Orton feud, I've heard rumors say that they want to change it to a tag match, to something like Foley and Rock/Orton and either Flair or Batista. I like the Rock and I hope he shows up for WrestleMania, but I hope that they leave it as Foley/Orton. I think Rock/Flair would be good, and that would be a feud that you could probably promote enough before WM20 to be a success. No matter what though, Foley/Orton needs to be a singles match!

I agree, Foley/Orton should be 1 on 1. Especially with Wrestlemania 3 weeks away, throwing Rocky into the mix seems really rushed. I would understand if Rock was to appear on the next 3 Raws for the feud, but he's not going to. Supposidly he's just showing up at Wrestlemania and that's it. I seriously don't believe Rock deserves any spot on the card, outside of a possible announcing gig.

C'mon now Michaels isn't that bad is he? I mean he and Bret Hart put on a great show in the first Ironman right? And what's your thing with Shelton Benjamin, Spleen? I don't see why you like him so much lol, I mean I agree he could be used better and more often but as the champion? That's pushing it in my opinion.

I don't get all the anti-HBK sentiment running wild around here...as far as an overall performer there may not ever have been anyone better. When u look at the in-ring stuff [the man invented ladder matches and is one of the great ironmen] and his ability on the stick he stands out in the history of the "sport"

I totally agree. JohnnyRock, Shawn Michaels isn't all that bad, I don't see why everyone hates him. I think he's good at what he does. But we cannot forget the other who made Ladder Matches famous, gogo Scott Hall! Lol I just had to mention him, sorry.

Everything I've seen, save for a few blown spots with cruiserweights, has been as close to perfect as I can hope for from a non-Stu Harts Dungeon wrestler. WHen he does mess up, aka "wrestling cruiserweights", its only because his opponants wrestling style is so far from the same as his. He handles himself well in the ring, albeit his personality isn't up to par. Probably needs some more mike work, like when Edge was finally allowed to use the mic. ===== SCOTT HALL and Kevin Nash are teaming together again as the Outsiders/Hall and Nash. They are working various US indy matches, and have (i think) signed on for a few events with NWA:TNA.

What a waste of talent. Hall & Nash should be cleaning up in the WWE. It would be better than watching Christian beat the hell out of women all the time. Oh well...
