Man, it woulda been nice to see Batista go to Smackdown!, especially since HHH didn't. Too bad that won't be happening afterall.

Well, so much for Triple HHH on Smackdown. Booker turning heel was kind of a suprise. Looks like he's going to be Eddie's new opponent, now that Brock's gone & Angle's.....GM??

So I'm guessing Bradshaw's working as Angle's financial advisor/ special enforcer. Or at least that's what I hope his new gimmick is. I really hope his run in on Guerrero doesn't mean a Bradshaw main-event push.

Guerrero vs Bradshaw = RAW looking like a million bucks

Finally got a chance to watch Snoozedown. Jeez, don't make the Smackdown stars look inferior to RAW or nothing. It was beginning to look like all the RAW trades were going to win all the matches.

Reminds me of Irwin R. Sheister (IRS) from back in the day. Had to be one of the stupidest gimmics ever.
Didn't they try to give Brad$haw a main-event push on RAW right after the brand split? It sucked then, and it'll suck now.

No comment on the draft. Sucks for Smackdown, sucks for RAW.

IRS gimmick worked for the time the since The Million Dollar Man was there to help push the character. On his own, IRS would have been terrible.

I believe they gave Bradshaw a mini-push on RAW while Farooq was out with an injury, but they really didn't add anything to Bradshaw's character for the push. He was just one half of the APA, and that's why his first push failed.

Sooo, small update:

If you haven't heard, "Stone Cold" Steve "Austin" got a complaint against him last week for assaulting his girlfriend (where have I heard this before?) Details at the smoking Gun link above.

Yep, and he's still in the company this time; WWE got lucky last time he did it because he was outside of company contract, at least. This could bring some backlash to the WWE.

Is it just me or is the next PPV starting to look like WMXX v.2.0? Rematches between Jericho/Christian, and ANOTHER three way match between Benoit, Michaels and HHH? They could have at least saved it for a few months down the line. Maybe have a singles match between Benoit and Michaels for a bit, then save the three way for HHH return from Hollywood.

Did anyone else REALLY enjoy RAW tonight? I thought it was the best show they have put out in months (which I know, isn't saying much).

The action AND comeday was continuous throughout the show. Flair was simply awesome on the mic and in the ring. Who else marks out when after getting chopped repeatidly in the corner Flair walks to the center of the ring and falls flat on his face?

I really liked the upset Victories by Tajiri and Benjamin. I think I can speak for use all when I say I was expecting the usual run of the mill early offenense by Tajiri, quickly countered by a choke slam and easy win for Kane. It's nice to get some matches that have.... dare I say............... unpredictable endings? Wow... what a concept.

I was actually at the taping for RAW, and I loved it! I forgot to tape it, to check the differences, so when did it go off the air? Did it end with HHH looking shocked after the loss?
Because if it did, you missed HHH and Flair calling Benjamin back into the ring, and Benjamin calling HHH "Toucan Sam". The crowd loved it! Then Stone Cold came out, stunnered everyone, and drank about 30 beer with Lilian and Benjamin. Great ending!!

They are definately gearing up for a push with Benjamin. I didn't think that match was that great though. HHH was pretty much his bitch the whole time. I would have liked to see some more back and forth personally.

God damn. What have I been saying this entire time? Haven't I said that Shelton Benjamin is freakin awesome? How many here thought I was crazy? (Ignoring the fact that a few others hold Shelton in as high regard as I do)

Score one for the Spleen.

Crap. As long as I'm here, might as well update my Top 5 Fave WWE Wrestlers List. All those on my list are a combination of Great Wrestling and Great Performing (acting/promos/character development/etc)

1) V1 Hardy - Even though he got shafted when he moved to RAW, he's still one of the best workers/performers on either roster

2) Y2J - COME ON. Who doesn't like him!?

3) Shelton Benjamin - Still on the list, ain't leaving.

4) Rene Dupree - Suprised? First time on the list, but I've mentioned him before as one of the ones who ALMOST made it on the list. He still has a great look, and a large dose of skills. Especially when compared to others of his size.

5) The Hurricane - From 1st to 5th. He really (and I agree finally) needs a new gimmick or something. A storyline would be nice.

Others:
Kurt Angle ISN'T on the list for now. He's not actively wrestling

Benoit - I just realized that he doesn't look good wearing the title belt.
JOKING - I'm waiting for more character development

Christian - Even though I'm one of his peeps, there just isn't room on the list for him when compared to the others.

I don't care what people says about Flair, he's been awesome at Wrestlemania and haven't stoped since then.

Jericho on the mic is money to my ears and beside, he's one of the best wrestler of the WWE. Just hope that is time with the belt will come soon. (I'm talking more than a couple of month as a champy)

And for Benjamin, great match. The guy got potential. Hope he do well and have a nice gimmick. Is it just me but I would have loved to see him double cross Austin and join Evolution. I think it's still a idea for the coming months.

For all of you Goldberg fans out there lol, WWE has reopened negotiations for a new contract for him, considering his current contract has expired. Apparently with all the big names that have left they want to try and keep him on board in the WWE.

Turning Shelton heel this early would be a huge mistake. He's as close to an overnight sensation as anything the WWE has produced in the last few years, and they need to milk a face run out of him for awhile before turning him heel, as there's plenty of money to be made there.

I can't believe it looks like they're giving JBL a push! But what if they actually gave him the title! Oh the agony that would cause. I can see it now. . . Eddie goes for the Frog Splash but knows JBL is gonna get up so he rolls through. Then Eddie runs at the ropes but dosen't realize JBL is running as well. Eddie turns around a bam! Clothesline from Hell. JBL is the new WWE champ!

Good lord I hope he dosen't get a title shot and actually win. . . the horror! Lol.

But if you think about it, there isn't anyone else on the SD! roster who is... able to wrestle(?) in the spotlight.

1) Big Shmo - He's in the US Title hunt with Cena

2) Cena is the US Champ. Him and Big Shmo will continue their (sad sad) storyline

3) Hardcore Holly is/was never ready for Primetime (not to be confused with Team NWA's Primetime (with Jerry Lynn and Sonjay Dutt))

4) Rene Dupree - hasn't made a name for himself in singles action (yet)

5) Rikishi - had his chance.

6) RVD - has to work his way up the SD! ladder

7) Booker T - Trying to get some heat from the rather silent crowd.

8) Undertaker - has other things to do. Like getting new ring attire and growing his hair.

9) Charlie Haas - Character Developement, and trying to get up to Shelton Benjamins level.

I always loved Sean O'Haire. His Seanton Bomb was way better than Jeff Hardy's. I didn't understand why he had to be saddled with Roddy Piper, I felt he could have done better by himself. I can see a nice spot for him in TNA. Good luck Sean!

And Terri is scary.

My digicam is on the fritz, but luckily a friend is willing to let me borrow his cam. I'm not sure if I'm gonna take any signs to this event. I went to Backlash 02 and this bitch in front of me ruined about 8 bad ass pictures with her stupid sign, including this awesome one where Jeff Hardy was in mid-flip for Swanton Bomb. It's kinda made me anti-sign taking. But we'll see.
