In my swing dance club in high school I had two guys throwing me back and forth. It was a blast, but scary as shit. One of them was about 7' tall, the other was just under 6'. That's kind of far to fall and land on your back.

I didn't fall when they were throwing me ever. One time a friend and I were learning a new spin thing and he about popped my shoulder out... and we both fell. But it wasn't a lift or anything.

I can handle dancing, but it's more of a spectator thing, and a pole is usually involved.
