Upstate New York is quite scenic, from everything I've heard.

I've heard the same thing, but never been there........

I've never been east of Chicago, unless you count New Zealand.

I've been all over Michigan, I wasn't a fan......

I enjoyed Michigan, mostly the U.P., so I guess I have been a bit farther east than Chicago. Damn, I hate it when I catch myself mistaken too late. (How do you spell the first word of that Ste. Marie place?) Anyway, that's where I failed to get into Canada...
