Ok, all the bragging, machoism, size crap aside, I'm a fairly large guy downstairs. In the past this has caused a few problems with sex (occasionally it hits a girl in a strange spot and will cause momentary pain, ect.) but nothing long-lasting or serious. My girlfriend now is a pretty small girl and every time we've tried to have sex I just end up hurting her before long. I feel bad because we both want sex but every time we try our bodies won't cooperate and she just ends up getting hurt. Any chance this is akin to breaking the hymen and she will adjust over time or are we just screwed? Any suggestions?

sounds more to me like you're hitting her cervix.....that causes a lot of pain.....have you tried letting her be on top so she can control how deep you go in? I have this problem and there are a few positions I just cannot ever do because it hits me wrong, ESPECIALLY doggie style, and most positions involving me on the bottom are a no go too.

I have the same problem. I'm 7 inches and more times than not, I'm hitting my wife's cervix every time we have sex and she's on the bottom. Like Shani and La Petite said above, the only way we've been able to prevent the pain is for her to be on top so she can control how deep I go. Other than that, the only thing that works is for me when doing missionary, doggie or anything with me on top is to control how deep I go in. What I do is put only the head of my penis inside her and thrust in and out with just the head and tease her that way. She does call it being a tease by the way but what it actually does is get her more lubricated and excited and she always ends up begging for more. When I finally slide all the way in it doesn't hurt her as much since she's totally ready for it at that point.

Give that a try. Just experiment and see what works.

bottoming out really can hurt unless your girl is totally relaxed!!! If it's hurt in the past, she might find that difficult to do. Cowgirl is a good plan, but the important bits might not stimulate her properly if you aren't fully entered, so try helping out a bit with your hand (lube it!).

Thanks for all the suggestions. We've tried a couple different positions, including her on top, and haven't gotten anything to work yet. La petite moi, honestly I don't know. I've never actually measured it, but if had to guess I would say about 8+. I guess we'll try some more and go really slowly and see how it works.

if you're too wide for her, it is prolly something she'll be able to accomodate over time. just go slow and use lots of lube.

if you are too long, well...you can try various positions but if she's still trying to take in all of you, it might not do any good. try her on top with you not thrusting at all--see if she can go a bit longer that way. if she can, then you just have to work out the adjustments on how much she can take. also have her straighten her legs during sex, that keeps you from entering as deep and provides a bit more clitoral stimulation for her (bonus!).

another thing to consider, if your length is the issue, how ready for you is she? sometimes men and women rush into sex a bit and the woman isn't totally ready even if she's wet. when a woman is aroused, she actually lengthens inside allowing her to accomodate more of you. give her lots and lots of foreplay and see if that helps.

have you noticed any differences based on her menstrual cycle? some women are more sensitive when they ovulate so that may be a factor as well. all that aside, has she seen her dr? there are other medical conditions she could have that would cause this problem as well.

Having been there with an ex, waxing is your answer. You can get some very effective home waxing kits. I use the Sally Hansen wax strips that are plastic with the wax already on them. Just warm them slightly by rubbing against an arm or leg, apply and remove! :thumbsup:

I feel I have to inform about averages.
There are 3 types, mean, median, and mode.
Mean is what is normally thought of as the average, all the values are added up then divided by the total number of samples.

As you can see when someone says they have the average of something it can be misleading, in the case above the average could be 1, 6, or 5.3
