I've never understood the big fuss about this. I just soap 'em up during the general shower wash, grab the Sensor Excel, and go to town. Has worked fine for me, never yet cut myself (except for when using the trimmer on the electric, it's easy to get a bit too close then. But that happens during trimming, not shaving). ;)

All shaved feels really good, esp. right after you shave.
I shave the sack and the sausage and some of the area above.
Trim all the rest.
I did it with a Mach3 and shaving creme for a while, then just did it with a Mach3 and a hot shower.

The average size of a penis is 6-6 1/2 inches. 1 in 100000 men have an 8 inch penis. Further more if size does matter to a girl it is purely psychological. The vagina has almost all of its nerves in the 1st 4 inches of the canal. So there is absolutely no reason why a guy with a 4 inch penis cant satisfy a woman just as much as a man with a 8 inch penis. A woman is conditioned by the media and social pressures (friends etc) to believe that a bigger penis means better sex. They thus associate the sight of a larger penis with better sex. Because they believe it will be better it becomes better. the human mind is a marvelous thing.

Further thing if your girlfriend/wife complains about you not being big enough you could always say "If you werent so loose then I wouldnt need to be so big". You see a woman can change how loose they are but guys cant change how big they are. So why is there so much societal pressure on guys about penis size? The pressure should be on womens tightness if anything.

People were right in that being shaved changes the feeling. I don't really notice much of a difference during intercourse, but I do when she is giving me head.

I shave probably 2 times a week. Use a Mach 3 on the boys and then trim the rest with a trimmer.

Shaving got me in the hairy-dick boat. I figured I'd give my wife a change of pace a couple of years ago. (I'm also 3/4 werewolf, I make Robin Williams look like a swedish bikini model.)

Trimmed the pubes to approx. the same length as all my other body hair, then took a razor to the boys. I use an Atra Plus razor, & Dove soap. I much prefer the soap to shave cream, except on my face.

After awhile, I noticed a hair or two on the shaft. Shaved them off, a few more showed up. Plucked a couple, but that hurts like hell for me. I normally shave once a week & trim about once a month.

My body reacts to shaving by growing hair. No shit, if I shaved my now-bare palms today, I would have hairy palms within 3 months. I have enough dick hair now that I have to keep on top of it, because it grosses me out. A downside I did not consider, & if I could go back, I would stick with trimming.

I have shaved it all, including my balls. Felt good but without waxing was not so comfortable for my wife.

So true, and what I tell my friends all the time when the topic comes up (strangely often actually). If she enjoys it more down there, so will you. Personally I trim above and shave below. I just do it in the shower each day, never had a problem with cuts or stubble.

I don't know where you learnt maths, but a normal distribution with these stats would have an unnaturally low standard deviation. You need to cut about 4 zeros off the back of your number. Try one in 10 dicks are 8 inches. This does not only make mathematical sense but is also empircally verified.

Unless you just want to beleive your stat. In which case, I hope my rejection of your stat doesn't mean you cry yourself to sleep on your small penis pillow tonight.

You have to make sure you keep the skin lubricated while shaving. This should help with the nicks and keeps it smoother.

Make sure you scrub the area that you've shaved really well. If you don't you'll get a lot of ingrown hairs. Get one of those mesh sponge thingys from Bath and Body Works or some such store and use that. It'll get your skin nice and soft.

Basically you want to scrub away the dead skin on the surface.
