Is that what that is?
I thought it was something else. Depends can be had. |
walking is usually safer than running...unless you're running away from danger, though falling down on the way can be a bad thing. I guess it does depend.
In the case of this thread, I hope we're picking up our pace, it seems like we are according to MOAB's stats. Another tidbid before I move on, don't forget that "pace" means "peace" in Italian, Latin, and such languages. |
Bam! Another post. We'll catch that bastardized other thread soon
|
With help such as this,
who could think anything else? That thread has its value. |

I feel bad for that other thread. It's a nice thread and I used to post in it. But there can only be one winner and it will be this thread! So I had to cut it out of my life :(

I wanted to make this recently, but I don't have baking soda or flour. Or vanilla. All I have is bushels of bananas, and maybe malaria.

Quintessential Quinine?
Big furry palm sized spiders inhabit banana bunches, so I've been told. |
sounds about right.

Balloon boy is A-okay.
Clever little fucker. |
What the hell was that?
I slept the entire day, and I missed the most egregious news of the mirescape. I hate kids. So much so I want to organize them and teach them better. Did you hear the story about the kid (8ish yo) who missed his bus for school? He took his parents' car, and the keys, and went about driving to school at around 20 mph, even though he couldn't fully reach the pedals without having full peripheral vision of what he was passing. He eventually crashed into a ditch, a pole or something, first responders got there fast, and while they accounted for the boy, during the shuffle, one paramedic, fireman or authority other noticed the kid crossing street again, and asked "Hey, kid what's the rush? Where are you going?" Kid replied, "There's my school right there. I'm going to get some breakfast". Hopefully, BadNick can find the story easily (on google) by how I described it. |
No comment on that one, Jet. Little kids daze and confuse me sometimes when the say the darndest things. I remember watching this show when it was on TV and I was a little kid saying darndest things
ps: Jet, I hope you don't have malaria! do you? |

T-minus [2169] -- I still haven't read it fully even though I heard it on the radio and posted the link for you guys, but I will now, fully intending to ask you again how prococious the reckless kid seemed throughout -- on the one side, my side, it's the piano, no doubt, in eternal stride; but on her side, the one that enraptured me, it was the saxophone -- I do now. |
"'Doesn't matter, really.
My water's gone black, Dennis." THEN where do you go? |

When the compromized exceed what we will give them, their pretense grows large. ... |
After we surpass the other thread, we'll have all that pressure to maintain our lead. We'll be the new target, the new top dog to knock off. Sometimes competition sucks.

I am very entranced by Hard Knocks: training camp with the Cincy Bengals.
Even though I am two months late on the show, given what has become of the Bengals' season thus far, it has been that much more compelling to watch. This is a picture from one of the subscriptions I, um... follow. (I don't use "um" that often; in fact, I make a concerted effort to eschew such meaningless words from my vocabularium) The subscription, if you were wondering, is simply called 'freckles': http://18.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_kr...02ido1_400.jpg |
