One of the guys in work today brought in a large pot of goose chili :( It tasted quite good. I had it with a pint of brussel sprouts I brought from home...quartered, steamed, fried lightly in olive oil until they start to carmelize a bit, salt & pepper. To complete the mysterious interconnectedness of our Universe, they were snow geese.

I like that saying.

Have I also remarked how enthralled I am by the series "Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Cincinnati Bengals"? It's truly a great show, and I'm glad I got sucked into this season instead of what had transpired last season with the exposure on the Cowboys.
