I this case, it works either way. You can say with "long e" sound like "eeeee" or silent. I wonder how silent jay would say it?

My multiple e's are really just another way of writing an "expert e" which is an e with more than 3 horizontal "arms". The more arms the e has, the more expert it is. My daughter taught me that when she was 5 years old and I asked her why her e's had the extra appendages.
