Hi Anneri,
Welcome aboard! I think most the British folks contributed to this thread at some point: http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthread.php?t=91888

nice to be here
For months, I've been hearing this and that about a "Tilted Forum" but never knew what it was. Now that I've found out, this could be my new home-away-from-home. My other home is in Southern California and I'm normally a nocturnal creature.

Welcome Williamsgarage and Nitelyfe. First off, thanks for posting your salutations in the proper area, and second, take the time and energy in reading the rules and sticky threads at the top of the boards.
As far as a home-away-from-home, I don't think you could choose a better place.

Hello Everyone
A couple good friends of mine told me about these forums about a year ago, and I joined up. Unfortunately, things came up and I got distracted and never got a chance to look around and enjoy the discussions. Today I've finally rediscovered TFP and can't wait to catch up on a year of lost time It's great to be here! |

Hi there,
Pretty new here as a posting member, although I've browsed and read stuff for a few months I suppose. I'm a Canadian living in Northwestern BC (gorgeous scenery for those of you who've never been here) and am currently a grad student pursuing a degree in biochemistry. I hope to be deemed worthy someday of being a full-fledged member! |

I have finally decided to join in the discussion on this forum. I have been reading it for a while now, and it seems like there are a lot of good people here.
I am a 26 year old guy in Southwestern Ohio, and use the computer way too much. |

I'm new to message boards but found this and loved the chit chat. Have already learned some new and very interesting (sexual) things! I live in the South but have traveled the world. Sure wish I had a geek over my shoulder to show me the ropes--I feel a bit sloppy and lost in this online world.

Hi,
I finally decided to try out forum life instead of observing it. This looks like a good place with a lot of intelligent people, so I'm interested in where this might go. I'm on the computer a lot...a lot. I predict that I will be addicted within five days. |

This is me, doing yoga:
Actually, I drew that in honour of a friend of mine, a busy mother of 3 who valiantly attempted to keep up her yoga practice! If she can work yoga into her day, we can! Check out the Yoga Snacks thread that I started here, on this forum. I hope it can give you a refreshing break in your day. Last edited by Brilliant Idiot; 01-12-2006 at 09:33 PM.. |

Hello all,
I am new to TFP...sort of... Way back in the day I was a regular, but eventually saw the forum degrade against ignorance, porn-mongering, and unfortunately, conflicts of political correctness. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed when I returned this past week. TFP has flourished and I can only hope I find like-minded (and otherwise not) souls to join in asking and attempting to answer life's little questions, as absurd as we may sound. I'm ecstatic. -Cardenál |
