Rumor has it that the 2001 grapes were particularly tasty from the extremely hot temperatures. The way I see it, you can never go wrong with any of their wines! Check out one of their reds sometime.....I know you will enjoy them. :)

As I said, I'll look for it. Obviously, we have a few good sources of wine around here. :p I do prefer reds, but I won't refuse a good white now and then. :D

Grapes for the 2002 Yulupa Chardonnay were harvested in mid-September after an exceptional growing season. Thirty percent of the juice was barrel fermented and aged on the lees in French and American oak barrels. A portion of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation to create a subtle round character. The remaining juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, citrus flavors balanced in this wine.

NiceGuy mixes a round of London Fog, goes to a grass area nearby, puts on some sunblock, and then lays down to catch some rays and enjoy the drink on the comfortable grass.

London Fog:
1 oz. White creme de menthe
1/2 oz. anisette
1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
Mix ingredients in a blender and pour into a chilled parfait glass.
