here's one probably only GoT will know, but I've been dying to throw it out.
What Kiss song is the following quote talking about? "And there's an interesting story behind the demo of "_______." Simmons had befriended a then-unknown band in Los Angeles, Van Halen (then known as Mammoth), and had guitarist Eddie Van Halen and drummer Alex Van Halen play on the song's demo. Simmons was so impressed with Eddie's melodic lead that he made Kiss' guitarist Ace Frehley play it note for note on Kiss' version."

Ya, take a day off and look what happens...sheesh. According to Gene, they were going to release the version of Eddie and Alex playing the song on the box set, but couldn't get the clearances from everyone. Btw, I am leaving on Sunday for week to a place where there is no internet access at all. No phone, no lights, no motorcar...not a single luxury. Have fun everyone, play nice and no KISS questions while I'm gone.

The great Peter Lawford, JFK's brother-in-law.
Hmmmm now I need to go watch Ray Liotta play Sinatra in the movie the "Rat Pack" It would have been cool to live like that.

Okay, speaking of the Rat Pack, Dean Martin's son Dino was in a band with what other famous actor/actress child?
This is pretty easy, I think.

She played Billy Holiday.
I'm very thankful that I'm only 35 and can still remember stuff. Since I'm leaving today for a week, I'll throw out an easy one as a toss up. Who was the father of Ahmet, Moon Unit and Dweezil?

Ok,
Brad Gillis, guitar player for Night Ranger was also playing guitar for someone else when Night Ranger got famous. He chose to stay with Night Ranger. Who was the other act?

ooooooh good one perripken. I didnt know, so I looked it up. VERY interesting. In retrospect, he should have taken the other gig, instead of returning to Night Ranger.

Ansley Dunbar's Retaliation.
New question (in case this answer's correct): I don't know if this one's been asked before, but if it has, then it should be easy. On Ozzy's Diary of a Madman album there's a song called S.A.T.O. What does S.A.T.O. stand for?

It stands for Sharon Arden Thelma Osbourne.
Sharon Arden is Ozzy's wife's maiden name. Thelma was his first wife. Ok, here goes: Where did Kansas get the inspiration for the title of their song "People of the South Wind"?

Well, I'm close to 24 hours and I won't be around until Monday afternoon so I'm going to give the answer and let someone else ask the next question:
Kansas is actually a Sioux word for "south wind people" or anyone living south of the Sioux territory. That's how the state got the name and hence the inspiration by Steve Walsh to write the song.
