I'v never had sex with woman with a Tit Job. But I wonder what the right etiquette is when dealing with them?
1. Do u by pass them ? Act as if they dont exist?
2. Touch lightly, gingerly as if u were handling eggs?
3. Treat them as you would normally do? Go to town and enjoy them, cos thats why they were enhanced in the first place!!
4. Is biting allowed?
5.. Are they as sensitive as normal un-enhanced tits?

As far as I know they can be treated like normal breasts. I don't know anyone with implants so I can only go on what I have read and heard about them. I am sure someone else on TFP will have more information.

Same as with normal ones - depends on the lady in question.

This depends on the type of surgery. Nipples can lose sensitivity if they've had to be cut to insert the implants during surgery, but if done any other way they should be just as sensitive.

I knew a girl at work that went out on "disability" for a while and came back with a new set. I never knew if it was appropriate to compliment her on her latest development, seemed awkward. I'm a straight hetero female and I've never touched implants, but a boyfriend once told me that "bolt-ons" are too hard, don't move right, and are cold to the touch,

Treat them like breasts. I am opposed to non-reconstructive implants based on experience, and will discuss the issue at length. The last time I discussed the issue was at a party when one of the biggest attention whores I've ever met decided to tell me that she wanted implants. I debated it for a while with her, and while I don't remember the outcome (there's not too much from that night that I do remember,) pictures indicate that I performed a lengthy hands-on inspection of the original equipment and am assured that I maintained my opposition to aftermarket parts.

Unfortunately, I woke up in bed next to her, both of us still fully clothed.

In my experience, people who have gotten their tits done like them handled like they did before they got the surgery, with some possible loss of sensitivity on the nipples.

As far as paying attention to them or not... they paid thousands of dollars to modify their body in a way they thought would make them more attractive. Of course they want you to notice! They didn't do it just for themselves.
