I completely agree with JumpinJesus here! Talk to her and be open about your questions. Ask her frankly if you can touch her tits, and if so, how? Gently, roughly, and are teeth and biting allowed? Also ask her if the surgical procedure and scarring has caused her to be desensitized? And if she's not willing to discuss her tit job with you... you'll have to ask yourself if she's really a woman you want to be with.
