My fiance watched a show last night on the food network...

It had people.... sculpting... things out of chocolate....

Unbelievable. I've seen people do thinks like that with cakes, but with chocolate? Absolutely amazing...

On second thought... I'm not sure the skill set you would have to have has any real world applications...

Art is a part of it... but knowing the exact temperature at which to temper chocolate to obtain the finest sheen is kinda useless, right?

Plus, if someone just made it out of some other material, you wouldn't have to worry about it melting and breaking...

Or having angry ants take over and eat your masterpiece...
