Now that I think of it, I have made a sort of "shepherd's pie" using sweet potato, pumpkin, and turkey which was quite tasty.

Enchiladas, per se, don't have any bean content. But traditionally they are often served with a side of refried beans. And we know beans are good for your heart

Talk about cornered, for lunch today I had a corned beef and chopped liver on rye from Hymie's deli down the corner. They lightly grill the cb and also the rye slices, and the smaltz in the chopped liver almost melts a little from the warmth. A cup of their really good matzo ball soup was my appetizer. Thank God for Jews.
