yes. the animal you posted. the plattipus or w/e you call it. they lay eggs. i was just posting about the same conversation but for some reason, i was 1 page behind. sometimes, the forum is acting weird.

Poulet mariné à la téquila

Sauce au chocolat (mole)

1/4 tasse de mole du commerce
3/4 tasse de bouillon de poulet
2 c soupe d'amandes moulues
sel et poivre

Dans un bol, mélanger le poulet, le zeste, le jus de la lime et la téquila. Couvrir et laisser mariner 2 heures au réfrigérateur.

Dans une poêle à fond strié, ou au barbecue, griller le poulet jusqu'à ce qu'il soit cuit. Le trancher à la diagonale.

Pendant la cuisson du poulet, préparer la sauce. Dans une casserole, bien mélanger les ingrédients de la sauce et chauffer jusqu'à ce que ce soit homogène. Réserver.

Napper le poulet de sauce au chocolat chaude. Accompagner de salade de maïs et de haricots à oeil noir.

Mole simplifié (sauce au chocolat)

2 oignons, hachés
3 gousses d'ail, hachées
1/4 tasse d'huile d'olive
2 tasses de bouillon de poulet
2 tomates, concassées
1 tortilla, coupée en lanières
1/4 tasse de raisins secs
1/4 tasse de graines de citrouille
1/4 tasse d'amandes moulues
1 1/2 c soupe d'assaisonnement au chili
1 c soupe de paprika
2 c soupe de graines de sésame
1/2 c thé de sel
1/4 c thé de cannelle moulue
1/4 c thé de clou de girofle moulu
1/4 c thé de coriandre moulue
1 pincée de piment de Cayenne, moulu
1/4 tasse de cacao en poudre
2 c soupe de miel

Dans une casserole, colorer légèrement les oignons et l'ail dans l'huile. Ajouter le bouillon de poulet et les tomates. Couvrir et laisser mijoter 5 minutes. Dans une poêle, sauter le reste des ingrédients quelques minutes à l'exception du cacao et du miel. Ajouter les ingrédients sautés, le cacao et le miel au mélange d'oignons. Porter à ébullition. Couvrir, réduire la chaleur et laisser mijoter doucement 5 minutes. Réduire en purée au mélangeur. Napper le poulet ou la dinde de cette sauce. Les surplus se congèlent parfaitement.
