yup........but the kicker is.....yesterday i sent in my claim for when my house got robbed in july...........put the stamp on it and figured in a bit.....i'll have my belongings replaced........weeeeeeeee.

....then i wake up to go to work and they hit my garage,and got my tools.

so the deductable i paid on my claim was $500......but the next claim doubles to $1000.......

my tools are roughly a grand.....is it worth it to claim a grand on a grand......


and what's the insurance company gonna think about this...."yeah,he gets burned all the time,....maybe he robs himself"

Neighbors had a big German Shepherd mix named Prince. Prince barked at anything that moved. One night, thieves were going into the cars on our street taking whatever they could, including a bag of chips from one car-then they went into the neighbor's garage and of course, Prince barked up a storm. No one cared...we were shouting out the window at the dog to shut up...his owners never investigated and discovered the next morning that they'd been robbed.
Moral: big dog don't mean shit unless his bite is worse than his bark.

so we have major construction going on in addition to remodeling the rest of our home. yknow.
so there's this big green fugly outhouse in front of our house. attractive? no. but it is for the workers & i appreciate that they don't hafta track their muddy dirt feet through my house for their human necessary relief. yes.

well, i just looked out my front window & what do i see?
holy effing shit.
there's this young <strike>boy</strike> man taking a leak OUTSIDE of the outhouse.
i don't think twice.
i ran out there & busted him mid-stream.
"what the hell are you doing?!!!" he continues to piss.
"STOP IT! STOP IT NOW!!"
he continues to piss.
louder now : "STOP IT! STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!"
he zips.
"WHO ARE YOU?"
he sez his name is Jeff.
i said, "are you a friend of Jeff?" (we have a Jeff, son of my next-door neighbor) living with his dad (again).
he said yeah.
i said, "well, why in the hell didn't you knock on their door & ask them to use their bathroom??"
he had no explanation. just a scared blank face.
i said, "i could call the cops on you right now. you could be arrested for lewd behavior."
"oh please please please, don't call the cops!"
i said, "well, go knock on your friend's door RIGHT NOW & ask to use their bathroom."
"i don't need to, i'm done."

he hurriedly walked to their front door & i followed him repeating NOW! GO! GO! pointing the way all the way to the front door.
he rings the doorbell.

i repeated that i could have him arrested for lewd behavior.
father & son begin giving him the WTF talk & i feel sure they finished him off well.

Dunno if you've ever been INSIDE of a porta-potty or not but they are fuckin disgusting. Mud, shit, and piss everywhere sometimes even puke on top of the putrid smell. However I wouldn't a stood out there at freakin noon right in front of the thing pissing on it. If I have to do business like that I find a nice alley in back of a house with a nice bushy tree. But considering my friends house was just right there...I mean I doubt he was like "NO! NO! I can't make it any further! (zip) AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH SHIT THATS GOOD!" Thats pretty fuckin funny. damn, flyman- I'm sorry. That blows- someone must know your house and your time schedule pretty well. If I were you, I would analyze the factors in which made them choose your place. Figure out what you need to do. Beware Of Dog signs at least (if not a dog), alarm system (and posts/stickers), one of those fake security cam's, somehow making it look like you're home when you're not (leaving a light on, etc.).......there are many options that could prevent or scare away thieves. I know it sucks, I've had it happen to me........but take initiative in what you can do from here so that it won't happen again. Be smarter than the thieves.
