well I can't argue with a hot tomato. The skinless reminds me that at the end of the tomato growing season when we have a bunch of nice ripe tomatoes I blanch them, peel them, chop them up, then wisk in my favorite olive oil, salt, pepper...if you have a nice herb that goes well, too. Then just pour it over al dente pasta with some parmesan. Dammit, now I'm hungry again.

(try flaxseed meal) some egg & half and half three flaming shots of your choice season to taste ask Julia (the final step is always my favorite, despite the aversion training.) & plenty of butter. (The insides are a little runny, but it's fun.)
