A local pub has been serving bison burgers lately, in additon to the regular angus ones. Actually they are very tastey and juicy when not overdone and I feel almost patriotic eating one.

My two boys now 12 & 13yo were talking with one of their buddys about when they did or did no longer believe in Santa Claus, and they were pretty unanimous that their belief in the tooth fairy was more enduring....go figure.
