Transparency in Win2k (fun desktop toy)
I just installed something called "Glass2k" today which allows you to make any window transparent. It's pretty nice, but is not very consistent, unfortunately. He's an SS of my desktop with some nifty transparent windows, and a custom hack of a WoW wallpaper: (click to view the 1600x1200 ver)

I've been looking around for some addons to MSN Messenger for a little while now. And I heard that Glass2K slowed down the computer drastically - have you had the same experience?
