minidisc problem

I recently bought a minidisc player that can only play, but not record minidiscs. Is there any type of USB device or SCSI drive that can record music directly onto an MD? Thanks for your help.

hehe dumb answer but the net MD player/recorder does

there are some MD drives for PCs but i'm fairly sure they are data only.

go get a sony md portable that records. Make sure it has a mic input because one day you'll want to record something in the field on it and you'll be mad if you can't

They have an optical connection to your computer (and if you don't have an optical port, they come with an optical-usb converter)

then sell the player to recoup some of that money.

A dubbing cable will work well.

what brand and model is it? certain md players are only players, while others are players/recorders.

Try renaming the songs.
