I'm trying to find a good way to numb my arm fully in order to go to town.

Fenton: that happens to me when I sleep sometimes. The only problem with trying to masturbate during that is... you can't move your arm. It makes stimulation a little more challenging. Not to mention that you can't vary pressure or feeling. I would wager that this is a lost cause.
