Unless you just have a complete problem with it, I would. Just be sure to use a condom and lots of lubricant. If she has never done it before, it is going to be a slow process to get her stretched out and relaxed enough. Don't rush it. Anal takes LOTS of preparation. She should make sure that she is VACATED beforehand, and you should ALWAYS go in with a condom. There is a lot of bacteria back there.

Just a note. More probably this would result in Bacterial Vaginosis which she may have to take a presription antibiotic for. There is bacteria but not so often fungus in the intenstinal trac. BV can creep deeper and is known for being a main contributor of certain cancers. You could as well get this kind of infection and even be a carrier for BV for other women.

2: PLENTY of lube. If anything feels dry, use some more. Make sure you use K-Y or something that SPECIFICALLY STATES ON THE PACKAGING that it's safe for use with condoms. This is important because the wrong kind will cause the latex to actually erode and cancel it's effectiveness.
