Personally, I think it could be done. I mean, there are probably guys out there who would freak out and not even have a chance to have any fun. He may have just been speaking for himself, but I don't know.

I've never been in that situation, so I can't say for sure whether or not I'd be able to handle it. I guess it's kind of like any potentially stressful situation. You think you would do what needed to be done, but when it comes down to it, you really can't say.

Assuming the letters "B" and "G" stand for what I think they do, everyone has a mouth, a pair of hands, and a set of genitals. The women even have boobs in between. Ive done a number of these and yes, they are a lot of work. But seriously fun work.
The first time I did it my dick was sore for days and it was a ton of work the whole night. This was with 2 girls who didnt want to do each other. After that the girls were always bi and it wasnt that much work since everyone was pleasing each other.
