Assuming the letters "B" and "G" stand for what I think they do, everyone has a mouth, a pair of hands, and a set of genitals. The women even have boobs in between. It's not hard to figure out an arrangement in which everyone is concentrating on only one thing, or the smart ones who can multitask are doing two while the others are only doing one.
