If that is so why ignore the whole picture...more republicans than democrats have served for one. Serving in the military is not a condition to commanding our troops into war for B. If you want service to be required to have an opinion on matters of war put it in the constitution and make it a requirement for congressmen, senators, presidents and cabinet members.
