I dunno. Waaaaaaaaaaaay back in elementary school, there was a girl who had some kind of condition like this. Now, whether or not she had some condition or just smelled bad was anybody's guess. It was a kinda pricey catholic school, so I'm assuming she wasn't just a dirt, but who knows.

does he wash his clothes? my brother showers and stuff often but he doesn't wash his clothes, so he smells bad. might also be a deodorant problem, like if he doesn't wear antiprespirant that might happen

i had classmate wayyyy back in grade three that had a body odour problem. our teacher pulled everyone aside to teach us about it since everyone would CONSTANTLY pick on him. so i think there is some type of condition out there that would explain this.

I have an allergy to certain kinds of deoderants/anti-perspirants. I found this out by accident when my mother bought me the wrong kind of deoderant of the same brand I use. At the end of the day, I smelled like I hadn't washed in weeks and had a huge rash. Perhaps his body chemistry doesn't work well with his deoderant? He wouldn't necessarily need to get a rash to get the other side effects.

it could be an infection on his throat which produces the odor, or maybe a rotten tooth. Anyway, if he smells like shit and has a good hygiene, he should visit a doctor.
