he says that he showers+brushes his teeth everyday..

what kind of disorder could he havE?

I dunno. Waaaaaaaaaaaay back in elementary school, there was a girl who had some kind of condition like this. Now, whether or not she had some condition or just smelled bad was anybody's guess. It was a kinda pricey catholic school, so I'm assuming she wasn't just a dirt, but who knows.

What kind of odor are you talking about? Literally shit, body odor, miscellaneous (everybody's favorite: the unknown)?

When you're in an impersonal venue like a chat forum, you don't need to use the "friend" cover, man. Just...open up.... We won't make fun...

If it ain't the person, investigate the living conditions. How are those?

Sometimes pet and animal dander can rub off on owners. Does he have a pet or work with animals or something?

does he wash his clothes? my brother showers and stuff often but he doesn't wash his clothes, so he smells bad. might also be a deodorant problem, like if he doesn't wear antiprespirant that might happen

My guess is he has a bad diet, bad hygiene and a broken clothes washer, but I could be wrong.

i had classmate wayyyy back in grade three that had a body odour problem. our teacher pulled everyone aside to teach us about it since everyone would CONSTANTLY pick on him. so i think there is some type of condition out there that would explain this.

There are conditions that cause people to have musky odors, but not a fecal smell. are we saying musky = ass?

I have an allergy to certain kinds of deoderants/anti-perspirants. I found this out by accident when my mother bought me the wrong kind of deoderant of the same brand I use. At the end of the day, I smelled like I hadn't washed in weeks and had a huge rash. Perhaps his body chemistry doesn't work well with his deoderant? He wouldn't necessarily need to get a rash to get the other side effects.

it could be an infection on his throat which produces the odor, or maybe a rotten tooth. Anyway, if he smells like shit and has a good hygiene, he should visit a doctor.

I had a bad wisdom tooth pulled about 2 months ago. My breath smelled like ass unless I was constantly chewing gum. Now I have a gum addiction, but that's better than ass-breath.
