weird love handle problem
Ok first of all yes I did to a search and yes I know you cannot target a particular area of fat, only diet and excercise can get rid of it.
My question is why is it that the rest of my body is really skinny, but I have love handles? I could understand if I were a lil chubby, got goddam I'm not even the slightest bit chubby, just the love handles. Why does all the fat I eat go straight there? |

i'm not sure the "why have i got love handles" question is relevant here; surely it's more about "how do i get rid of em" ?
i'm afraid it's the usual 3 recommendations - but i recommend these to everybody no matter what 1) eat healthy 2) cardio - do some running or similar 3) work on your muscles Quote:
personally i'm pretty sure my body fat percentage hasn't changed much recently but i look better because i've been doing a lot of work on stomach muscles

Yeah, even at rediculously low body fat, a lot of people have trouble with the stomach. Just get some ab muscles and the love handles will be less noticeable. Of course just find an SO that likes them, and then you can grow them with impunity.

you can kind of exchange fat for muscle if you do the high protein diet thing
i've finished my first phase of that, now i'm going for hardcore cardio and see what happens basically, any exercise is going to help, so try it
