No what he is saying is that you need to lower the estrogen levels in your body by building muscle which will make you produce more testosterone. The reason he mention weight loss is because the only way to actually gain muscle is to gain weight first. Yet if you gain weight for muscle you will be eating allot of protein, and most meat has a TONE of estrogens in it.
