weightless exercise (again)
ok so my hand is more or less better now (here's a tip - never try a mixed-surface 180 degree skid on a bike at more than 20 mph)
but now i am going to be without weights for a long time ... i will be able to go to the gym, and there's a convenient thing for doing pull-ups on so if i do situps, press-ups and pull-ups most of the time and go the gym maybe once every couple of weeks, will that be ok? any other suggested exercises? muscle building that is; i'll be doing a bit of biking, walking and running anyway cheers,

Do lots of pushups(pressups?), and perhaps do alot of running, and try to eat healthy, and you could treat this as a cutting segment of your life. Try and get more defined, and when you get back put on more muscle again.

Weightless exercises include dips between benches for the shoulders and triceps, leaning dips between bars for the chest, push ups, chins, various ab excercises, donkey raises for calfs, and cycling and eliptical training for leg development.
