The Swiss Ball
Simple device, many uses. Post the ways u guys use it for fitness.
I'll point out the obvious, -Standard Crunches: Lay on the ball keeping your back straight and then crunch all the way up making sure not to roll the ball under you. BTW, is it safe to do chestflys on a swissball? |

Studies show that the swiss ball ab crunches are the second most effective ab exercise.
The most effective one is the Captain's Chair exercise but not everyone has access to that at home. A good variation is to hold a single dumbell with both hands and do the crunches on the ball. Also I like to stretch out my back by laying (bridging) over the ball. |

Lay down so that your left shoulder is the part of your body on the Swiss Ball. Keeping your stomach flat and straight, press a dumbell with your right arm. Keep your ass up and suck your belly button to your spine. Do a set of 8 and reverse it with your other side of the body (right shoulder on the ball, left arm pressing).
PM me if you don't quite understand (I know what I'm trying to say and it might not have gotten out correctly) and I'll see if I can explain better. This helped me cut my abs.
