A man and his ex-Wife are in court over the custody of their child. Each is pleading their case to the judge as to why they should receive custody.

The woman says, "Your Honor, I carried the child for 9 months, and endured the pain of pregnancy. I should have custody."

The man says, "Your Honor, if I put a dollar bill into a soda machine and out pops a soda, Who's soda is it? Mine or the machine's?"

The Judge says, "Ok, you will live with your Dad" The child says, no, my Dad beats me too. The Judge asks, "who do you want to live with then?
