SPIEGEL Interview with Umberto Eco: 'We Like Lists Because We Don't Want to Die' - SPIEGEL ONLINE - News - International I'm not gonna post the blog. (I post way too many secrets in this endeavor as it is. Women like a little mystery, don't you know?)

I love Froot Loops, Nick. Great pic!
---------------------------------------------------------------------- However! I am so pissed off. I cooked up a heap of sausages and steaks last night on the bbq. There is only the 2 of us for tea, and the sausages are nice cold, and I only have to clean 1 lot of dishes. The wife dishes up, and puts the remaining 20 odd sausages and a couple of steaks in the oven to keep them away from the flies and bugs. And the cat. The dog doesn't bother. He knows, see, that he'll get some tomorrow.... Nearly 24 hours later, I get home, and think: A sausage would be nice..... But I can't find them in either of the fridges.... Look in the oven.... FUCK! What a waste! Of food and money! It happens all the bloody time! Best fed dog in town, I have. I love the wife, really I do. But how can a woman remember in minute detail, what I said wrong in a conversation years, nay decades ago, but forget to turn off her bedside alarm before getting into the shower, when I want to sleep in for a change????? Or to bypass the oven, and put food straight into the fridge???????

What happened to the sausages again?
Did they grow worms, or were they eaten? 1771

I've been meaning to make banana bread for the longest time, but there are no ovens or burners within 3 miles of me. And I still haven't read more than 5 entries of the blog I found last week, in which I think the person who manages it posts at least 30 items of content each and every day. He seems to have a fondness towards naked women, political dealings, strange mediacal facts, interesting educational videos, and a whole lot of other random things. I need to shift myself towards a 32-hour day.

For all the time I spend accumulating and culling random intriguing websites, (yet never visiting them other than the initial first time) my internet connection is only stable for around 2 hours each day.
I need a lazy week one of these days.

MOAB, didn't seem to work that time. I know if you wait some magically long enough moments before posting again, it works...or if you know some secret method that I have never yet discovered but Jet had prominently displayed at various times in the past, it works

For reasons unbeknownst to me, the local tradition here is to not cut down any trees. Technically, it's not "illegal", but if you are caught, you do get to see the small town hall for the better part of the day, monitored. (learned this while trying to fish for an afternoon).
Do you prefer tepid or cold pudding? Crunchy, or soggy, cereal? Sweaters, or do you just wear jackets (preferably of the 8-ball variety)?

It's just a slow day, one would surmise. (I'm using the 3rd definition of surmise here, as in, to guess concisely.)

Nope. Another slow and dreary day, as usual.
I'm catching up on my programs, and trying to figure out how many times (former) Miss Rushdie posed nude (for artistic purposes, of course). Also, does Allure Magazine make it a habit to post inconspicuous, yet altogether, visible, celebrity areola? I have no idea what kind of audience it appeals to, but I usually have to pay to see that kind of stuff (and rip open some plastic packaging... but I've never paid for it, either, I'm saying. I just happened to order a subscription for it decades ago when i was a young boy, and they never decided to bill me for it... kind of glad I learned about the female form that way, through the post office, wouldn't you know?) Just so my latest five minutes don't go to waste, I uploaded this for another purpose, but why not share it: Also, after the jump, the only PMOY this decade (after the one who tried to become a wrestler and failed miserably, while also causing about 85% of the wrestling fans at the time irate about it), this is my favourite one: too cheeky for normal linking click to show

Jet,
Miss Rushdie seems quite alluring. Is she Mr. Salman's lovely daughter? Since I've enjoyed astronomy since I was a little boy, I got my first telescope from my godmother and godfather when I was about 10 years old, and since have also become interested in cosmology and astrophysics, I like to check this site once a week or so...if you hunt around there are some stunning photos of our world. OK...here's a new longest.
I'm proud of our Canadian brothers and sisters for having the balls to do this...I suppose the sisters don't really have balls unless we consider those wonderful globes to be balls...so let's go with that. Anyway, those crazy Canucks recently modified the CN Tower into the longest water slide in the world!!! I heard the slide dumps you out right on home plate! No, she is his wife. (I'm not altogether sure if they are still together.)
