I sprinkle diamonds in everything i eat. Two reasons: 1, it's the most baller shit you can possibly do to your food, and 2, it makes my dookie twinkle, man

This product has the BadNick Goodhouse Keeping and Shoe Repair Seal of Endorsement:

My experience with several of their products proved to me that Loctite products are generally very well engineered so their specialized "super glue" for shoe repairs is the thing to try if you can get it and want to do it right the first time...which is not always what one might want to do since floundering around, learning as you stumble is sometimes fun, too:

The product shown here is QuickTite Super Glue Gel, a Loctite product. And it's ideally suited for the repair shown--reattaching a shoe sole. We know this, because we tried it on a pair of shoes belonging to a woman who works here at POPULAR MECHANICS. We wouldn't recommend the stuff for reattaching high heels--these require some form of mechanical attachment.

Anyway, the QuickTite worked well, and it easily repays its $2 cost (for .14 ounce). Furthermore, its plastic container keeps the adhesive fresh and accessible, and makes applying it a snap. Slide back the locking collar ring, then unscrew the cap to expose the nozzle. Direct the nozzle where you need it and squeeze the container's ribbed sides. Out comes a dot or line of gelled cyanoacrylate adhesive right where it needs to go.

The glue is also available in liquid form, but we think the gel is more practical for shoe repairs. The liquid is probably better for fine repairs, such as reattaching a piece of broken porcelain. QuickTite Super Glue Gel is sold at Ace Hardware stores and Lowe's home improvement centers.

The real trick is being able to re-use the super-glue and loctite products more than a few times.

I've used super glue on my cracked skin (mainly my thumbs) when it becomes useless to have just a bandaid on there. Holds it together and the pain goes away (I keep hitting it on stuff, keeping the pain going).

Hospitals are also using certain "super glues" in lieu of stitches in some circumstances.

Sue, I hope you're finding out the cause of that severe cracking...maybe you'll find a way to alleviate it.

That reminds me, I've wanted to be alleviated for the longest time.

Oh I know what it is. It's just from a lot of handwashing at my job, and not using enough lotion. Every time after I wash, I've been rubbing lotion on my hands, so I haven't had any cracked skin for a while.

Yeah it sure is, don't know why. I woke up feeling just fine then puked when I got to my car and once at work. I'm feeling a little better now but still not perfect. It's just my tummy too, it's strange never felt like this before.

I wish I could have some but no money to go to the store.

Being a broke college student sucks.

...I can't diagnose TD's ailment from so far away. TD, do you have cravings in the middle of the night for watermelon and/or peanut butter with pickles?

I also like a nice dry ginger ale, the overly sweet ones are too syrupy. If you can find ginger beer, try that. They are not alcoholic at all, and usually have a stronger ginger flavor...and some of them are super dry/not sweet so they taste great to me...and sometimes lend themselves very well to a nice big hit of rum and a twist.

This is one of the better ones around here...words from their ad but pretty much true:

AJ·Stephans makes the world's best Ginger Beer! Our traditional flavor is gingery, citrusy and has just the right bite. We use the finest ingredients and pure artesian water. We sweeten with only pure cane sugar, not a fructose blend, and it's the real sugar that enhances the unique flavor qualities of authentic Ginger Beer! Try our Ginger Beer Recipes for the best "Dark & Stormy", "Moscow Mule"or "Shandygaff".

I tried that once, and it wasn't bad at all, but I still love the plain old gingerale.
