yeah jay, fucking heat always ruins my sleep. we are having 75-80 degree fucking nights here. ridiculous. and to top it off, can't even have the ac on 24/7 because the electricity bill in this god damned city is absurd.

We're at 29C here now but with the humidex it's 35C. I'm too damn cheap to get an AC but this heat is starting to make me change my mind. That must suck not being able to leave it on 24/7, bloody electricity always costs so much.

just get one of the wall units man, or even those portable ones, believe or not, they work damn well and don't seem to use much electricity. it's worth the price of a good nights sleep.

I think I may have too this is nuts, I lay down and start to sweat. I can hardly wait to wake up tomorrow morning soaking wet with sweat what a great fucking start to the day that will be.

yeah, florida was great in terms of fresh and clean weather, but man the humidity was horrid. the main difference from florida and los angeles in terms of weather, aside from cleanliness, was that the humidity out weighed the heat. whereas here we would get scorching heat and little humidity, over there the heat wasn't too bad, but the humidity was killer. also, there would be random storms out of the blue...literally, the sky would be clear and all of a sudden these insanely black clouds would appear, but it was great because it was warm storms. on a clear day the sky there was also beautiful, i saw clouds there that i've never seen in los angeles. the only downfall are the lack of mountains.

meh, maybe, but i'm sick of la, i wouldn't live in florida either though. canada is an option, but i don't know yet...i've got a year and a half to get out of this place.

its a bit to expensive...and by a bit, i mean a lot. living near the beach is a must though, and not filthy diaper filled beaches such as los angeles'.

still... there's several quaint little beach towns in the area that have got to be cheaper than residing in LA.

Ouch that's still hot, we were at about 33 today 40 with the humidity. This heat keeps me in a great mood, no one wants to be around me I love it.

the only beach near LA that i've only been to was in santa monica a few short years back.
the beach we went to there (by the pier) was clean, but there sure were a lot of agressive panhandlers with nice clothes & bad teeth.

lol, yes, i'm quite familiar with that rat hole, it’s like a 5 minute drive from school. the actual pier is a filthy mess, looks much better on tv. as far as the beach being clean...hmm, you sure it was santa monica? :lol: the sand, beach and everything by the pier is filthy. perhaps, i'm exaggerating a bit, simply for my hatred of this city, who knows, but after seeing beaches that are crystal clear with beautiful white sand, without crack-head bums harassing you every 5 minutes, places like santa monica look like a wasteland.

Damn 13C that would be great we're at 30C here right now, 36C with the humidity.
