dude.........go to a set of stairs.......face upwards......put just the balls of your feet (like the first portion or 1/2 of your foot) on the 1st step....(hold railing here if neccesary)......up/down/up/down..........get it?

I *was* thinking if I removed my calves from these they might not feel so bad...

Ahhh, yes. Steaks. I had a great 1 & 1/2 in. pork steak yesterday with caramalized onions and garlic bulbs.
Very much yummy for my tummy. I am in pain now, for the lack of a good grilled beefsteak.
