dude.........go to a set of stairs.......face upwards......put just the balls of your feet (like the first portion or 1/2 of your foot) on the 1st step....(hold railing here if neccesary)......up/down/up/down..........get it?
stretch your heels lower than the step......then onto yours toes,above the step. hold the ups and the downs for like 10 secs man.......feels good.  you just need to stretch bro.......  Last edited by Fly; 02-23-2007 at 08:35 PM.. |

I *was* thinking if I removed my calves from these they might not feel so bad...
 Of course I could massage my calves like this dude  But that is just delaying the inevitable...just look at that marbling

Ahhh, yes. Steaks. I had a great 1 & 1/2 in. pork steak yesterday with caramalized onions and garlic bulbs.
Very much yummy for my tummy. I am in pain now, for the lack of a good grilled beefsteak.
