another good salmon recipe
i made this up tonight and it was absolutely delicious.
1 salmon fillet (the size doesn't really matter...i used 1.5 lbs) 1/2 cup white wine juice of 1/2 lemon olive oil 1 clove garlic 1 tsp dry tarragon 1 tsp dry marjoram salt pepper onion & lemon slices preheat the oven to 375 mix the wine and lemon juice. pour in olive oil enough to make a total of 3/4 cup marinade. mince or press the garlic into it, mix in the herbs, salt and pepper. Put the salmon in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over it. Put the lemon slices and onion slices ontop of the fish, and bake for a half hour. Once it is done, serve it with the onion slices, but discard the lemon (it gets bitter.) You can do virtually anything to the marinade - fool around and come up with your own flavors!

an ex girlfriend made the most orgasmically tasty salmon.
she never gave me an exact recipe, but she told me this: marinade the salmon in bourbon + brown sugar for 3+ hours then grill, or BBQ. mmm tasty I absolutely love salmon, so I'd say I've tried my fair share of recipes. This beats all of them out by far. For a recipe so good, I have yet to try it out myself however. |

Baked Salmon
My Recipe for Salmon is very simiar.
Cover a cookie tray in foil (easier clean up) Salmon Fillet (Any Size) Spices You Like (I use Lawrys Seasoning Salt, salt, pepper, and what ever else I have lying around) Olive Oil Onions Garlic Honey Preheat to 350 Mince Garlic and Slice Onions Take the tray and lay a small layer of olive Oil over the tray so the fillet won't burn during cooking. Put all your spices on to your taste. Cover the fillet with Honey. Cover with your garlic and onions. Cook till it's done and server. It's really tasty. |
