My Recipe for Salmon is very simiar.
Cover a cookie tray in foil (easier clean up)
Salmon Fillet (Any Size)
Spices You Like (I use Lawrys Seasoning Salt, salt, pepper, and what ever else I have lying around)
Olive Oil
Onions
Garlic
Honey
Preheat to 350
Mince Garlic and Slice Onions
Take the tray and lay a small layer of olive Oil over the tray so the fillet won't burn during cooking. Put all your spices on to your taste. Cover the fillet with Honey. Cover with your garlic and onions. Cook till it's done and server.
It's really tasty.
